War for the Atmosphere
Directive
Re: Hurricanes
To all US Military Air Defense Personnel and hurricane trackers. All Tropical storm depressions must be assessed for radioactivity and mitigated with remedy measures as early as possible, well before landfall or travel over Atlantic [Ocean] Islands in and near Latin America. Billions to trillions of gallons of water are lost because of subatomic particles that carry the H2O out of the atmosphere past the ozone layer. Procrastination of this measure also results in dangerous, devastating flooding. Please track storms, measure radiation and scramble [equipment for] mitigation AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. These storms may occur in off-season, so please maintain vigilance year-round.
